Shungite is a rare, black mineraloid primarily composed of carbon, often containing fullerenes, ehich are hollow, spherical carbon molecules. It's found in the Republic of Karelia, Russia. Shungite can contain up to 99% carbon, with elite or noble shungite having even higher percentages.
